Our business started in 1978, originally as a sole trader business operating as Kalvin Builders but due to the success of this business we expanded and changed to a limited company in 1997 altering our business name to Kalvin Construction Ltd.

We are a family run business and we pride ourselves in our professionalism with our main aim being to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with our approach to the work, from our initial meeting with the client to discuss their requirements through to the finished result.

We offer a design to completion service and we are happy to discuss initial thoughts that the clients have to assess the feasibility of their ideas and to offer alternative views if required.

We offer a complete building service, specialising in extensions and loft conversions.

We have Public Liability Insurance cover of £5m.
